I'm tired of hearing about how banning guns will stop these monsters. The gun is just a tool. While I don't think military style assaults weapons should be available to the public banning them will NOT stop these monsters. They will just find another tool to kill, knife, explosives, chemical attack, etc, etc, etc....
It's high time to get past the gun issue and find out what creates these monsters in the first place and fix it. Banning assault weapons is just a small part of the solution. A very small part.

The problem is that once a shooter pulls out a gun, the school has to wait X amount of minutes before police arrive. These kids are unarmed and they’re sitting ducks. Rather than the shooter getting off 1, maybe 2 shots, dozens of children are needlessly slaughtered. You know what kills a bad kid with a gun? A good kid with a gun. Arm the children and this problem goes away. I agree with this because I hate children and there are too many of them in the world. The more immature, mentally insecure, hormonally-charged shooters we have in the world, the better. Ouch. You are also not thinking about the parents that get their 1st bullets |

Sorry EWA I'm not doing your homework for you but Australia banned assault weapons 20 years ago and this massacre bullshit disappeared. Also, Canada and most European countries don't suffer this problem either. If it's not the guns are you saying that Americans are just fucked up? |
