Pedro Alvarez moving to the outfield
Cant believe nobody took a chance on some cheap power at 1b
I'd have traded Hosmer for some ML pitching and plugged him in at 1b. Or at the very least platooned him

I guess Mitch Moreland is better than Alvarez? I'm not even sure he is.

Moreland should do well in the AL East and Fenway. I think he was a good acquisition for the price, for the Red Sox.

Eric Hosmer...the "other" guy you are talking about. $100M doesn't buy what it used to, does it?

Weird draft in CBS H2H Points league. Ten teams.
Never seen pitching at such a premium. I know it always is in points leagues but look what the run on SPs allowed me to put together. This is one of the strongest teams I can remember drafting, and the pitching is likely middling stacked up against the other teams, but I think its good enough considering the lineup.
C Jonathan Lucroy 1B Paul Goldschmidt 2B Brian Dozier (def a regression candidate but gotta believe he can hit 30 after bashing 42 HR) SS Corey Seager (a little concern about his lat injury) 3B, 1B, OF Kris Bryant (first pick of mine @#3, love the versatility) OF Starling Marte OF J.D. Martinez OF Justin Upton U Matt Kemp Reserve Billy Hamilton Reserve Keon Broxton
P Kyle Hendricks P James Paxson P Jake Odorizzi P Tanner Roark P Aaron Sanchez RP Aroldis Chapman RP Seung-Hwan Oh Reserve Daniel Norris Reserve Jordan Zimmermann Reserve Robert Gsellman

Best rotations in baseball
between.....Cubs (above)
Cleveland (Kluber, Carrasco, Salazar, Bauer, Tomlin)
Boston (Sale, Price, Porcello, Wright, Pomeranz) Price missing at least a month...possible ?? all year
San Fran (Bumgarner, Cueto, Moore, Samardzija, Cain)
LAD (Kershaw, Hill, Maeda, Urias, Kazmir)
Would probably lean Bahhstun...but with Price out and not knowing how the elbow will hold up for the year...
I think I go Cleveland.

Not as Fat Panda homered today. Which is nice. for the record.... I think Panda will perform like he did in SF....(which is decent) IF he maintains his fitness level. I would put the odds on that at under 50%
The road will be his undoing.

I always thought he would hit great in Fenway. He's made that call look bad for 2 years....but I still have time!

That was actually Chappee! He bolts and I have to take the blame for his idiocy. I always knew Panda was bloated and overrated.

I think I would be more worried about Wright...

The Giants win that division I tend to agree. The Dodgers are getting all the hype, but I don't see it with their lineup.
