I often wonder how long the 1%ers would survive without the rest of us. Who's gonna mow their lawns, fix/build their houses and cars, stock the groceries on the shelves or produce those groceries...everything they have no clue about or wouldn't want to do themselves |

I almost put this in your thread but thought it deserved it's own. I saw all the talk in the daily the other day about how bad the ACA was, wonder if those guys will admit this is even worse? I'm sure it is. You will never get a plan that helps everybody, especially illegal immigrants. Leave it to the states and let the President do his Presidential jobs, |

Leave it to the states and let the President do his Presidential jobs, That's what the Canadian model is Chuck and despite what some Republicans with an agenda might say it works really well. Each province provides it's own health care model, all very similar but able to alter it to fit their needs. Nobody and I mean nobody goes without health care. I pay $150.00 per month for the wife and I. No co-pay. No fees. That's the maximum due to our income and will eventual be reduced to zero when we retire. |
