I swear to God this is the last week I make my picks by counting the corn in my stool. Maybe you should eat more corn. Nope. I'm switching to urine output as a predictor. Pass me a beer.

Carolina took off on Washington, Newton just threw his 5th TD today I'd start him every week. I don't care what the matchup is. He's that damn good. MVP Have Palmer too so I switch them up

Good game between CIN & ARI. Cardinals will be a good matchup if they cross paths with CAR.

big blow for fantasy teams with Devonta Freeman headed to the locker room Unless like me you have Tevin Coleman on your bench Well we know why he's on their bench now, time to upgrade

Which NFL team takes a flyer on Les Miles? He's about to be available and unlike most college coaches actually has NFL skins on the wall.

We'll see the possible contestants Black Monday Hope he does not come to Detroit. Lions need a GM with well rounded experience in both collegiate and professional part of the game. Push come to shove, prefer bulk of new GM's experience to be pro. Someone like Eliot Wolf but Green Bay would probably raise the ante to keep him there. Actually who am I or is anyone to complain if they hire Miles? This is the same organization that brought that jackass straight out of the TV booth to run football ops.

From the comments so far, it looks like my grandson's varsity basketball game was far more entertaining.
They lost in two over times. Great game though.

Hmm the headsets go out in Foxboro when a team is going for a late game tying drive. Seems to happen an awful lot

And - the clock should have stopped when Sammy Watkins went out of bounds on the last play.
Good times.

Hmm the headsets go out in Foxboro when a team is going for a late game tying drive. Seems to happen an awful lot this is from the last time but tonight was the 3rd time for them The Bills had issues with the team’s coach-to-quarterback communications system on Sunday at Wembley Stadium in London. As it turns out, the problems trace to the Bills themselves. Per a league source with knowledge of the situation, the system wasn’t working because the Bills weren’t using fully-charged batteries. According to the source, checking the batteries is the responsibility of the team. The batteries eventually were changed, and the problems were resolved. -----------------

Read a story about it once to be fair the league sets them up but there are ways to block signals that rely on airwaves. Not saying they do that but hard to give a team that has cheated the benefit of doubt

Osweiller just threw a TD also, since you're here - how do I quote multiple posts? the gear box thingy - "select post" . If you want to quote 3 posts, "Select" the first 2 then just click "quote" on the 3rd...if that makes sense ok, I tried it. it worked. thank you. Late in Sunday’s game between the Rams and Ravens, the back of St. Louis quarterback Case Keenum’s head slammed against the ground during a late drive in a tie game. Keen immediately was in clear distress, struggling to get up. But the game continued with Keenum at quarterback, without the Rams or the officials or the ATC spotter doing anything to get him off the field. It’s possible that ATC spotter wasn’t paying attention. It’s more possible that the ATC spotter was reluctant to yank Keenum off the field during crunch time. I don't understand why they're not taking more pre-caution. they did with Freeman and another player (can't remember his name), but they don't do it so much with QBs. and linemen have concussions happen a lot but they rarely come out for that. there's a movie coming out soon - not sure when it's in theaters - will Will Smith called Concussion I think or something to that effect. should be extremely interesting, will definitely open eyes to what really is happening with these concussions in football yeah seems like you guys are getting hosed Hosed? They're trying to shove the entire hydrant up there. lol sounds like a typical Vikings fan <looks at weekly pick... smiles> lol I think I picked the Vikes you made the wrong choice picking a lousy team like that

Packers want to keep him and have him be next GM, Lions are interested in him but Packers might not let him go there unless it's for a high price - or not at all. might let him go to a team out of the division or not leave at all and keep him in his spot. I'd prefer if he didn't go to a divisional team if he does leave. Hmm the headsets go out in Foxboro when a team is going for a late game tying drive. Seems to happen an awful lot happens alot. I remember there was an article that said it's a common occurence with teams playing in New England. just like how teams are extremely paranoid about their locker room being bugged, hotel rooms being bugged, NE having spies, etc. Hmm the headsets go out in Foxboro when a team is going for a late game tying drive. I can't take anything away from Belicheck or NE as a football team, but they will do whatever it takes to win whether its legal or illegal, ethical or unethical. teams aren't overly paranoid for no reason
