Anyone else think ESPN should blow up their pregame roster. Couldn't stand Cris Carter before we'll let him be 'the fall guy'. Berman your shtick is way old. Keyshawn be thankful, Cris Carter makes you look good by comparison. TJax I'd let them keep you cause well cutting all the other fools need some continuity I can honestly say I haven't watched their pregame show in over three years. Once I got NFLN and started watching them I haven't gone back. The stupid skits are intolerable and Berman is on fumes. Tom Jackson is all they have. The rest of them are buffoons. Not saying NFLN is heads and shoulders above the rest. But at least you get X's and O's and legitimate football and not a bag of skits. |

I'll give nyr and filo a loss each for the Pats/Stillers game and add their remaining picks to my tracker. And - just to level set... I do this (Pickems) for my family and friends here. Have been since '83. Used to use a spiral notebook (I still have all of them too). I do it because it's fun... and I don't like Yahoo's version of it. Everyone knows the rules and everyone agrees to them. Even my grandsons and their swinging dick little buddies know them. I don't and won't spend time going back through 40-50 picks every week. Once the deadline hits, I take one last run through them and close my tracker until Monday night. I got other stuff to do... like work. When it ain't fun - I ain't doing them anymore. And - that is the last time I will talk about this. Let's have some fucking fun! You sound old |
