anyone think manziel gets another shot? No. I think, in hindsight, even if he had stayed clean and devoted himself to football, his game still would not have translated well at the pro level. Hard to say what his future holds. Maybe in sports media. |

So Johnny Rehab will need to be stretching that likely depleted bank account longer . The CFL has decreed he cannot play in our football sand box until next year at the earliest

Part of the reason he tried to kill himself. People don't 'try' to kill themselves. I know this, knowing two people well who did it. No previous 'attempts'. Got er done, first time. People who don't succeed aren't really 'trying' to do anything but get attention. Doesn't mean they don't deserve sympathy or they don't have mental issues, but Manziel isn't ready to actually kill himself yet. If he was, he would have stuck a gun under his chin and pulled the trigger. |
