Come on man! the kid fell to the Giants in the 7th round because he was facing weed charges coming out of college. He plays hard, he plays hurt, can't some DR. just give him a prescription for medical marijuana use?

Heck, the whole Seahawk team is on Dr. ordered adderall , which just happens to be a masking agent for steroids, so what is the big deal about blowing some smoke. Now I am not saying the whole Seahawk team is juiced, all I am saying is they could take their daily dose of adderall at 8:00a.m. stick a needle in their ass at 10:00 a.m. play the game at 1:00 p.m. get tested at 4:00 p.m. and be so clean they squeak. What is this world coming to? A guy can't even ride around a city at five in the morning with a weapon and talk to a woman anymore? since when?

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- Green Bay Packers tight end Andrew Quarless was arrested Saturday after police said he fired two shots into the air during an argument outside a Miami Beach parking garage.

Miami Beach Police say a witness reported that Quarless was riding in a black Porsche with three other people around 5 a.m. Saturday when they pulled up to a car full of women. An arrest affidavit says the football player and another man approached the car. It said the conversation eventually escalated, and a witness told authorities he heard the women yelling for Quarless and his friend to leave them alone.

That's when authorities say Quarless, who is entering his sixth season with the Packers, pulled out a handgun and fired two shots in the air. Quarless and the driver of the Porsche fled but were later found and the gun was recovered, the affidavit states.

Quarless was charged with discharging a firearm in public.
