As much as I dislike preseason predictions, this seems pretty reasonable. The only real disagreement I have with this ranking is where they put the Caps. They lost a lot in the off season including the coach. I don't see them making a serious run at the Cup. I do agree with his assessment of the Pens. They are going to need a lot of offense to offset the mediocre defense. A lot will come down to Murray and Jarry/DeSmith in goal. www.thesportster.com/news/nhl-power-rankings-2018-19-season/
I'm heading out for a week of Steelhead fishing in Erie, PA, so let me wish all of the brethren north of the border a Happy Thanksgiving
Thanks BF good luck on the river.
Worst fishing in Erie I've ever had. It was too hot the first couple days, 70 degrees at 5:00 AM then a cold front went through, but somehow Erie missed all the rain. The creeks were low, it got cold, but the Steelhead like high water before they start moving up the steams. I had a couple jump off, but that was it. Got to spend some time and have some fun with my cousins so that was good.
