Which begs the question of just why so many find it so hard to do. Maybe OCs in their effort to show the world how smart " they" are on paper are the problem. If I am an owner of an NFL team and we drat a QB in the first round and he fails, the OC goes out the door with him, and most likely before him. Rule number one for coaches: Never ask a player to do something he cannot do. Rule number two: Figure out what he CAN do and go there.
